Do I need any experience to start?
No experience necessary! We welcome complete beginners and have programs designed specifically for those new to martial arts.
What should I wear to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants. We train barefoot on the mats. Once you join, we will help you get a proper judo gi (uniform).
Is judo safe for kids?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our certified instructors teach proper techniques in a controlled environment. We start with basic movements and gradually progress as students develop their skills.
Can I watch my child's class?
Absolutely! We have a comfortable viewing area for parents and family members. We encourage family involvement and support.
